High Impact & High Performance Partnering Workshop

Full one or two day interactive workshops for either public or in-house staff that takes a “from the trenches” approach to partnering and focuses on real life case studies, and hands-on exercise.

The objectives of the workshop are to:

• Identify the critical operations and human factors to create a planning framework including key insights into the strategies, tactics and best practices for developing and managing High Impact & High Performing Partnerships.

• Learn some best practices through real life case studies and exercises to demonstrate the business value of partnering for driving revenue and opening up new markets.

• Accelerate participants ability to achieve business, professional and personal business development and partnering goals.

Each participant receives a workshop guide with exercises, case studies, and a Framework Action Plan that can be used immediately. Each participant will be invited to submit a short form version highlighting their own Case Study that will be used for classroom discussion.

The 2nd day includes all of the above, plus a full day to spend more time to work with individuals on completing their Framework Action Plan with specific next steps. Additional services may include follow up sessions with the group, or 1:1 meetings with participants on a monthly or quarterly basis to monitor progress against plan and priorities.
